Riesling vermouth Fermented and matured in ex-Pinot Noir barrels with botanicals from the region.

A collaboration for Terroir Vermouth. The botanicals (except for the lemon peel) were all grown and harvested in Germany. We took our time with this product and matured it for a year in small ex-Pinot Noir barrels before bottling it. A truly unique product. True terroir.
